If your baby was born outside of Lancashire (including Blackpool, Blackburn & Darwen) we recommend that you register your child in the district where the birth took place.

If you wish to book an appointment you can do this by completing our online form which only takes few minutes to complete.

Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be left with no alternative but to reschedule your appointment.
